Yes, its easy to fill this. Theres free refill instructions at www.uni-kit.com/support.htm
Notice that there are different instructions for the C7115a and the C7115x. The “a” is a low capacity cartridge, and the “x” is a high capacity cartridge.
You need a hole making tool, and the right toner. Uni-Kit #1 toner is designed for this machine and others.
